Shipping Policy

All Cody Ranch Wear products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Cody Ranch Signature Items are fulfilled by us and will follow the same estimated Delivery times below.  

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

• Customs fees are non-refundable if you refuse delivery of your order
• Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control
• In the event of a return, any duties or taxes paid are not reimbursable by Cody Ranch Wear
